This month, Ernest Holmes calls October the month of Fulfillment. It is the natural and inevitable end result of the Creative Process. Spirit, Mind, Intelligence must be expressed on the physical plane. That is the fulfillment. As we discussed in the feature article in this month's newsletter, there is a correct order of demonstration or fulfillment. We wonder why a certain thing does not demonstrate or manifest, it is because we are not following the correct order of the Creative Process as outlined by Jesus in the Bible.
We must "think rightly" as he says. What is that correct order? Read my article! Subscribe to our newsletter.
Then practice this order and see what wonderful things happen!

September Idea of the Month
In our free monthly newsletter, we discussed the designation of September as the month of Expectancy (as Ernest Holmes lays out in "365 Science of Mind").
I sort of speculated that the ninth month of the year is associated with 9 months of human pregnancy and a woman "expecting". You have to remember that this book was written in the 1950s! Was Ernest Holmes showing a little bit of dry humor?
At any rate, expecting your good is a crucial part of treatment work and demonstration. The fourth step in the 7 Step Spiritual Mind Treatment that I was taught and that we offer as an e-course at Conscious Kernels is "Simplify", which includes the idea that "what I expect to happen, happens". That simple.
Expectancy removes doubt. It removes hesitancy. All of which are important in training our consciousness to accept the good already given to us.
What if you started expecting good things to happen? You set out on a trip or a date or an appointment. What if you expected only good to happen in that experience -- before you went on that experience? I would suspect you would have a good experience!
Why not do a little experimenting with expecting good? As you grow more accustomed to expecting good, you will receive it. You will be training your subconscious to expect it, to look for it, to create it.
Now Good on all of you!
Until next time,
Namaste

August Idea of the Month
This month we explore the August theme of "Vitality" from "365 Science of Mind" by Ernest Holmes.
Vitality is: "the power to live or grow; exuberant physical or mental vigor." Doesn't that sound like something you'd like to experience? Exuberant vigor! The power to grow! I sure do! I want to live every day with vitality and vigor.
The Spiritual qualities of life, power and joy are integral part of Vitality. I want to express life and power and joy all in one perfect, harmonious package.
Holmes writes: "I draw upon the Life that is mine. I know that the fullness of Life -- which is Divine in Its origin, eternal in Its presence, and forever available -- is mine. The Life of the eternal Spirit is my life. The infinite riches of Its being are mine to enjoy. The vitality, the wisdom and the peace of God are mine. I accept them in fullness, in joy, and in peace."
How will you express your Vitality this month -- and every month? Share your thoughts with us here or on Facebook.

July Idea of the Month
This month we explore the July theme of "Freedom" from "365 Science of Mind" by Ernest Holmes.
He writes: "Even the Spirit does not seek to control us. It lets us alone to discover ourselves."
And what is there to discover about ourselves? That we have freedom, dominion of our lives because we have the freedom and the dominion over our own thoughts. No one can make us think anything. No one can force their thoughts upon us. We choose what we think, at all times.
This is our freedom.
How are you using your freedom? Share your thoughts.
Until next time,

Daily Insight
I hope you have been joining me as we read the daily inspirational messages in Ernest Holmes' book: "365 Science of Mind". This practice has really become an important part of my increased understanding of Spiritual Reality.
Sometimes, I will read a sentence or two that is just so profound, I wish that I could instantly memorize it and remember it always! I've had a number of moments like these since January 1, when I started this practice.
Let me share just a short excerpt from the June 22 entry (he is talking about the all-intelligent, all-creative One Source, present everywhere: "I believe in the ability and the willingness of this great Source to sustain its own creation. The kingdom and the Power and the Glory of God are expressed through me. All that is necessary to my happiness and well-being now comes into my experience."
That first sentence really hit me: the ability and willingness of the Source to sustain its own creation. I am Its creation. It is able and willing to sustain me. Me. You are Its creation. It is able and willing to sustain you. What does that mean? The Source must sustain me. It must give me all I need. All I need for health, happiness, well-being, etc. I don't sustain me. It sustains me. That is powerful stuff.
There is no need to struggle for anything. There is nothing that denies you what you need. Think about that today. Do you give props to this ability? Or do you limit it and diminish it in your mind?
See if this one thought blows you over like it did me. Share your thoughts here or on our facebook page.

June Idea of the Month
Let's catch up and discuss the June Idea of the Month.
In "365 Science of Mind" Ernest Holmes designates June as the month of Creativity.
The activity of Spirit is creativity. "And God created the heavens and the earth."
God created and creates everything through the Law. God is Divine Intelligence, First Cause, Universal Mind. The Law of Mind is the automatic, mathematically precise action of Spirit that brings into form, into substance from the undifferentiated substance.
Undifferentiated substance is the unseen, unformed "stuff" from which all forms come. Just think of it as such: we are surrounded and swimming and swirling in a sea of potentiality.
As discovered in Quantum Physics, all possibilities, all potentialities exist at any given moment. What selects one possibility from all the possibilities is consciousness, and that consciousness moves the Law into action to create the experience. Consciousness is our thoughts, our beliefs, our feelings, our strong convictions, plus the collective unconsciousness of thousands of years of human existence (known as race belief).
You are creative. You are just as creative as God Itself -- if you let yourself be, if you allow that Universal Creativity move through you.
The only thing we must decide is if we will create with an aware consciousness or with an unaware (sub) consciousness. The choice is yours.
What are your thoughts? Share them with us!
